DRAWING no.4 for 2008

This is only the very early stages of a rather complicated drawing. Many details throughout. Here you see just the top half ( it's all that fit in my scanner).
• I first drew these features with a very light "H" pencil and softened the pencil lines with tissues.
• Then I went into the dark areas with the much darker "2B" pencil to add contrast.
This is the simple formula I stick to for all my drawings. Thanks to all 13 people who stopped by to see my last drawing! :)
Did I mention I hate to draw hands?
