I'm not good at recognizing the recent celebrities (because frankly I don't care about most of them), but this certainly looks like Hayden Panettiere. And it's an awesome and very lively portrait. I love the slightly mischievous expression that you gave to her.
Anyway, this is superb stuff, and a great way to start a new year! Can't wait to see the finished version.
